The Relaxed Experience, plus an Elemis* mother to be massage. This treatment combines tried and tested safe massage techniques adapted to each stage of pregnancy. Specialised positioning on our unique bean bag is used to ensure the ultimate in comfort and relaxation.
The treatment involves the whole body including the face and scalp. This helps relieve tension in the lower and upper back and also alleviates swelling in the hands and feet.
