I work as a Macmillan Nurse and had a particularly stressful few days at work and decided to book a day with you at the last minute. Working for the NHS I know some people are very quick to complain but I felt I wanted to comment on how fantastic my day was.

Every single member of staff informative, friendly and courteous towards me throughout the day which is especially nice when you are there for the day on your own. Dealing with the public I fully appreciate how tiring it can be at times when coping with so many people every day but never once did I see any member of staff not smile.

I could not fault my meal, every credit to your fantastic chef.

A special thank you to my Therapist. My treatment was one of the best back and facial massages I have ever had. She was friendly and she had a very calming presence.

I arrived at 9.30 and reluctantly left at 18.00. I just felt I wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at Eden Day Spa and Hoar Cross Hall.

People ask how I cope with dealing with cancer patients and its having the excellent facilities of relaxation like yours on my door step that assists me get through the stress of my job.

What a wonderful day we had in November, to celebrate my sisters 60th Birthday. We got her in the pool for the first time in her life!!! Our group of 12 ladies were all absolutely delighted with everything. Our thanks to Olly, our lunchtime waitress, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made my sister feel very special. Once again many thanks, we will most definitely be visiting you again.

Having recently tried another spa it was fantastic to be back at eden. The fact you concentrate on giving pleasure really shows and makes a great difference. Thank you for another excellent visit. We will be back again.

We are so glad that we visited eden day spa. All the staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The meal was out of this world and the treatments we had were excellent. Due to my poor health I get very tired and stressed and the day at eden day spa has made me feel so much better. The therapists were excellent and fitted in a last minute treatment booking and the waiting staff in the 7th Heaven Restaurant could not have been more helpful. Very good service all round.

My daughter and myself had the most fabulous day at eden day spa in Nottinghamshire. The facilities were outstanding and the meal was out of the world. It is the best spa that I have been to so far and am about to book us in again - highly recommended.

February 2008 - This was my third visit as I get vouchers for my Birthday and on this occasion I chose an Elemis facial which left my skin feeling wonderful... I took part in two classes - Aerotone and Power Chi Yoga, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The lunch as usual, was most delicious. I am so glad that I made the decision, a year ago, to try your Day Spa and look forward to my next visit in the not too distant future.

I am pregnant and I thought it was idyllic for me to come here and help me relax. Take away all my stress! I loved it!

Yesterday I visited your day spa with my mother in law and I just had to write and tell you what a fantastic time we had. Throughout the day we both marvelled in the luxurious, no expense spared surroundings and top class service from every single member of staff from the minute we walked through the door, to the second we left. We started the day with a delicious breakfast and then followed that with two exercise classes, which left us feeling tired but invigorated. After a shower and change of clothes we then we then looked round the facilities including the fantastic water and pool area and made a mental note to experience that later in the day. The first treatment was a luxury pedicure given to me by your beautician, Sara. She was so friendly and her knowledge and skills were first rate. During the foot massage, I felt myself drifting off; and not for the only time during the day, I could feel my tensions start to disperse...

I came to eden day spa with my sister today and I just wanted to say thanks for a really enjoyable day. We particularly enjoyed the Salsa and Pilates classes. The instructors were very friendly and professional and had made the classes easy to follow yet we felt we had worked hard. We will definately be back!

I had great day with the rest of my team from work. We all felt very 'chilled', consequently struggled to get going at work again!! Hope to see you again in the near future. Thank you for looking after us so well.

I came to eden day spa yesterday (17th Sept) with two friends. It was my first visit and my first experience of a 'spa' day. I didn't really know what to expect and have always thought it wasn't really my 'thing'! I just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had, and what a wonderful place eden day spa is. It exceeded all of our expectations. We had an incredibly relaxing day and have all agreed we wish we were there again today! You have everything just right, from the ambience to the decor to the friendliness and helpfulness of all your staff. There is nothing we would have changed and I will be enthusing about you to all my friends!! Looking forward to my next visit already - I intend to come back with my husband in the very near future.

Had a fab relaxing day at Hoar Cross eden day spa. My two daughters, sister in law, my friend & myself, Our lunch (3 course ) was very nice, The new snooze room is lovely and relaxing and the relaxing room upstairs has lovely views of outside onto the garden, really nice & peaceful. The pool area has lots of loungers and water features such as water foot massages etc. I chose to just relax & have a facial that was also very nice & relaxing as you can see that was what I went for ... do nothing but chill out, and as they say a day is all it takes, we will return ... soooon
