A Fabulous Team full of Superstars!
We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our dedicated team – they really are a bunch of superstars!
From very early in the morning, our Housekeeping and Maintenance Team are working behind the scenes to make sure that everything is as it should be prior to our spa members and day guests arrival. Although you may not see them when you visit, they are there making sure that there are clean robes and towels available when needed, that everywhere is clean, and in good working order.
A small team of highly trained Chefs are onsite daily to prepare breakfast and the delicious three course lunch that we serve. Gorgeous aromas drift from the kitchen as homemade bread is baked first thing in the morning ready for the first guest in the Taste of Eden restaurant.
Our front of house team works effortlessly to provide high standards of customer service and look after our guests day in, day out.
Without this top team, we wouldn’t have won the Awards we have. From Good Spa Guide Best Spa for The Day 2016 to Professional Beauty Awards Best Day Spa of The Year 2017.
Last night, Managing Director Nerys Chell and Operations Manager Steven Ralph attended The Good Spa Guide Gala Dinner in Birmingham where this year’s finalists for the Good Spa Guide Awards were announced.
