Pudding Club – Lemon Posset


It’s our favourite part of the month – Pudding club.


We’re here to assist with satisfying your taste buds. This month is no different with the eagerly anticipated recipe for our Head Chef’s Lemon Posset. It’s in high demand in our Taste of Eden Restaurant!


Serves 6


660ml double cream

150g sugar

3 fresh lemons


Blood Orange Coulis to dress and Ginger Biscuits to dip – homemade are great but cheating is even better with bought biscuits!


  1. Bring cream and sugar to the boil, remove from heat and add the juice of 2.5 lemons.
  2. Pour into ramekins to set


Chill posset until set and pour your Blood Orange Coulis over the top of your posset before serving. Dress with a couple of slices of lemon.
