Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.

Shipping And Handling

Gift cards and their associated literature will be sent 1st class post as standard. There is an option for next working day delivery at an additional charge for orders placed before 2pm.

Spa Beauty products will be sent by recorded delivery at a cost of £ 4.00 [+ vat] per order for UK Mainland and £ 8.00 [+vat] for Europe or International orders.

Free delivery on beauty product orders totalling £100.00 or more.

Delivery Schedule

We endevour to send orders placed before 2pm within 48 hours of receipt of order. There may be some instances e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays where this is not always possible. Eden Day Spa can accept no responsibility for the length of delivery time or non delivery of orders once goods are despatched. Delivery times are reliant on Royal Mail.

Back Orders

On occasion when we are unable to fulfil your order request due to lack of available stock, mainly as a result of high demand, it is our policy to notify you to give you the option to allow us to back order your product(s) or cancel your transaction.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Our credit card transactions are handled using SSL connection to Sagepay who provide 100% safe online shopping. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on our website are accurate at the time of publishing.

Eden hall operates a seven day cooling off period for Gift cards purchased on-line.

You can cancel at any time until:

  • The end of the seventh working day after the day on which you order your goods; or
  • The end of the seventh working day after the day on which the trader agreed to go ahead with the service.

After this time, cards will be non-refundable.

To cancel your order, you must advise us in writing – by letter or e mail. If sending a letter, send the letter by registered post, so you can prove that you sent it and track it’s progress.


Eden spa shop products returns policy complies with your rights under Distance Selling Regulations.

You can return products – where they are faulty or you are dis-satisfied:

  • Within 7 working days [not including weekends or bank holidays] after the day on which you received the goods.
  • We will make your refund within 30 days from receipt of your returned items
  • We will refund the cost of goods excluding our shipping costs
  • We would be unable to refund or exchange any products returned which have been opened, the seal broken or the goods used

If returning goods please enclose your name, address and order number so we know who has returned the item.


Applies to brochure listed spa days and Simply Spa ad-hoc offer dates.If a reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival incur a £20 per person administration fee. Those cancelled between 14 days to arrival and 7 days prior will incur a 50% charge of the total booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of arrival will be charged in full. However, if you would like to change the date of your booking an administration fee of £20 per person is payable. (Please note date changes may also be subject to a package change/ price increase.) Cancellations received within 48 hours to the date of arrival are non-refundable and no date change can be made.

Special Offer spa experiences as advertised on our website may have different terms and conditions applied. Please check the special offer description before booking.

Damaged in Transit

If there is any obvious cosmetic damage to your goods at the time of delivery then you agree to note these on the delivery paperwork or refuse the delivery.

You are signing the delivery note to accept receipt of your order.

If any obvious cosmetic damage has been noted on your proof of delivery this shall not affect your statutory rights. It is your responsibility to check the product (s) before signing for your order. We cannot accept liablility for goods damaged after delivery, although this does not affect your legal rights or rights to return goods to us in accordance with the returns policies above.

Christmas Offers

Please note that complimentary gift cards cannot be used to purchase spa shop items. A complimentary gift card will be issued for every £100 spend on monetary, Simply Spa and Serene Spa gift cards. When purchasing a Signature Spa gift card, you will receive a £20 voucher per Signature Spa day purchased. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
