An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our restaurant team in the position of a Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be motivated by working at a fast pace and to a high standard. The ability to remain calm & positive under pressure and organise others, is essential

THE ROLE

Duties include:

Leading the team by example, delegating tasks to the team to ensure smooth service is delivered and all tasks are completed, whilst working as part of a team. , To ensure all Due Diligence forms are completed and that guests are served all food and beverages within the department to the agreed standards. Company policies, Licencing regulations, Health & Safety and Food Policy procedures must be adhered to at all times.

Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience of the above duties, however full training will be given. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop leadership skills in a fast moving environment.

Hours are on a rota basis which will include working weekends , evenings and Bank holidays and will be discussed at time of interview.

Use of own transport would be an advantage for the job role due to the varied working hours .
