What to Bring

We want to ensure your day with us is perfect so we have provided information below, to answer any questions you may have.

Health Statement

We kindly ask each of our guests to sign a health commitment statement. Please present this at check in to help your arrival to be as smooth and efficient as possible.

Classes and Activities

At Eden Hall we offer a wide variety of classes and activities in our studio and, weather permitting, outside! A timetable of classes will be included in your welcome pack on arrival. Should you wish to book any classes or activities, this can be done at the leisure reception throughout your day. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you book your chosen classes as early as possible.

Book Treatments

If you would like to add further treatments to your day package, we recommend you do this at the same time you are making your reservation. Our therapists get booked up really quickly and we cannot always guarantee availability. As we do employ both female and male therapists, you will be asked on booking if you have any preference. If you do have therapies pre-booked for your day these will be clearly marked on your schedule on arrival. We do ask you to arrive for your treatment 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow you to fill out a brief consultation form so we can personalise your therapy. Many clients ask what to wear for their treatment. If you are having a body therapy we do offer some paper pants. However, you are free to wear your own underwear or swimming costume as long as you feel comfortable. Please note that treatments which are  part of inclusive spa day packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Eating and Drinking

Included in your full day experience is a delicious, three course lunch, freshly prepared and served in our Taste of Eden Restaurant. Lunch is served between 12 noon and 2.30pm and is pre-booked for you. If you wish to take lunch at a particular time you are more than welcome to request this in advance. If you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies please contact us prior to your arrival and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

With so many wonderful guests sharing special occasions with us at Eden Hall we are unfortunately not able to offer complementary items. If you would like to make your day extra special, our Reservations Team will be more than happy to assist you – why not add a glass of champagne/prosecco or flowers to celebrate your day?

Spa Etiquette

We want nothing more than for everyone to have a great experience at Eden Hall. You have told us that our spa is a place to escape to. Therefore we kindly ask that the tranquil environment we provide and the relaxation of other guests is respected.

We all need time to switch off, therefore we ask that mobile phones are kept in your locker. If you do need to make a call, please do so at our main reception. Due to feedback from previous guests, our team members will approach people using their phones in and around the spa.

Please note unfortunately fancy dress, accessories and decorations are not permitted within the building.

Where rooms have quiet signs, please keep noise to an absolute minimum. Please do not reserve loungers, there are plenty of storage areas for robes, towels and belongings while you are using the Thermal Spa Suite, swimming pool and hot tubs.

Please be aware that Duty Managers are available throughout the day and are happy to assist with any questions or queries you may have during your visit.

Medical Conditions

Certain medical conditions may prevent the use of some facilities and treatments. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs during your enquiries and booking, however our therapists and reservations team are not medical practitioners. If you have had or are suffering from any medical conditions including any of the following, we do strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to your booking and arrival.

  • Cancer
  • Heart condition
  • High/low blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy

Please do inform us on booking if you have any medical conditions in order for us to recommend suitable therapies.
We would also advise any guest who is pregnant, has had surgery within the last six months, has concerns about allergies, or has restricted mobility or back problems, to contact our reservations team for advice on using the spa facilities and treatments.

Please note that some Elemis, Clarins and Spa Find products contain nuts.

Payment and Cancellation Policy


We do ask for full payment when booking all day experiences and additional treatments. This is to ensure we can offer the best availability for all our clients. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or cash in person. If using a gift card as payment, we need to take the Gift card reference on booking.


Please note the following terms are only relevant to bookings made where cancellation insurance cover is not purchased. If cancellation insurance cover is taken and paid at the time of booking different terms apply and can be found below.

Full payment is required at the time of booking all day experiences and additional treatments.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by cash in person. If using a gift card as payment, we will require the gift card reference on booking and request that you hand in your gift card on arrival at the property.

Cancellation charges outlined below also apply to bookings paid for with gift cards.

All non‐arrivals for spa experiences will automatically be charged for in full. If a gift card was intended to be used towards a spa experience the purchase value will be forfeited.

No refunds will be given for early departure from the spa.

Any cancellations within 7 days of your day of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable

Any cancellations between 30 days and 8 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a charge of £20 per person. The remainder will be placed on hold and payments will be transferred onto a gift card which will be valid for 6 months.

Any dates changed more than 30 days before arrival can be amended with no charge.

Any dates changed within 30 days of arrival, but no later than 8 days before arrival, will be subject to a charge of £20 per person. Please note that date changes may also be subject to an increase in the price or package initially booked.

Special offer spa experiences as advertised on our website may have different terms and conditions applied.


Cancellation Insurance Cover

To protect yourself in the event of having to cancel your visit to us, you can now take out insurance to cover the cost of your booking, with this specially designed product.

All payments made at booking stage are covered in the event of illness, accident or emergency for you personally, or one of your family members*. It also covers you for Jury Service, or if you are a witness in a court of law.

You are covered from as little as £10 per person for a spa day. It should be purchased by each individual within your party.

Bookings made without this insurance cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded, except in line with our cancellation policy. This can be found in our terms and conditions at https://www.edenspa.co.uk/terms-and-conditions 

The key details of your insurance
• If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you receive a full refund (excluding the cost of the insurance) of your booking. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Central Reservations Office at Hoar Cross Hall along with relevant supporting evidence (e.g. Drs note) by post or email to reservations@baronsedengroup.com
• If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you can make one date change free of charge, subject to availability and possible increased costs, as rates can fluctuate. Any further date changes made will be subject to an administration charge.
• For any payment made by voucher, you will receive an identical replacement voucher, which must be used by the original expiry date.

*Our cancellation insurance covers:
Serious accident, illness or death to you or close relatives (not pre-existing).
A serious incident happens at your home such as fire or flood within 14 days of your arrival date or during your visit.
A burglary occurs at your home or the home within 7 days of your arrival date or during your visit.

Cancellation cover can be added to any reservation made but must be purchased at the time of booking. For more information, please speak to our Reservations Team.

Important Information

At Eden Hall, we do everything we can to make your day with us memorable. Day experiences and therapies are subject to availability. Therefore, they need to be reserved with full payment made in advance. Please note that treatments are available to book once a day spa reservation has been made.
Prices and inclusive treatments are subject to revision without prior notice.
